j'ai même découvert une autre marque un peu moins cher que Aislacork.

The projected cork is a coating that can be used on facades, roofs, interiors, vehicles,
wooden houses, ovens, etc. To know a little more about the projected cork DECOPROYEC I
detail some important aspects below:
To apply the projected cork is necessary a special spraygun, similar to gout’s
spraygun, but not equal, it differs to have a special nozzle and a different
mechanism, if you pull trigger the air is cut avoiding that the gun will be obstructed
and spoil projected cork. We sell this special spraygun for 120 €. For surfaces larger
than 300 square meters the use of a projection machine is recommended.
The performance of projected cork is 2 kg/m2
. The projection consists in project 3
layers, allowing to dry between layer-layer (VERY IMPORTANT), achieving 3 mm of
total thickness. A fixative should be applied before the first layer as explained in the
following paragraph.
The FIXER (or FIXING EMULSION) serves to improve the adhesion of the projected
cork and/or increase its waterproofing, only need to project a layer before the first
layer of projected cork. In facades, the FIXER is used only as a fixer and can treat
200 square meters (1 bucket of 12 kg) DILUTING IT INTO 3⁄4 WATER PARTS, projected
cork is waterproofing itself. In the case of walkable terraces (or roof) it is necessary
to project a layer of pure FIXER (undiluted) to increase the waterproofing capacity
of our projected cork to avoid future problems. A fixer bucket used as a pure fixer
serves to treat 70 square meters.
Both fixer and projected cork are served in 12 kg buckets.
We have a colour chart of 40 different colours, which are served ready for direct
use, it is only need remove the material before use with a glass of water per bucket
to achieve uniformity.
Main features of cork include:
Improves your thermal isolation. Get a more stable temperature, improving
its isolation over 15-25%.
Great adherence. It adheres on all type of surface with a great power, avoiding
possible detachments.
Waterproof. It prevents water from entering the outside.
Breathable. Allows the steam to escape to avoid condensation problems or
moisture by capillarity, so that the cork will never come off and no fungi will be
created.
Sealant. With the projected cork you can cover all the encounters and holes
you can find avoiding possible water or air inlets.
Elastic. Thanks to its elasticity, there will not be any cracks produced by the
expansion / contraction of the materials due to changes in temperature. This
characteristic is the great differentiator with respect to the competition.
