When I accelerate Open two Valve/Covers (I do not know the correct name) But when decelerate only one close the other Do not close. I think something missing.

All is all right, the first valve adjusts the quantity of intake air and the second is not really a valve but just an abutment (no other office), then it is normal it does not close.

It must be like that, there's no problems
